Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea are now being linked with Lyon forward Bradley Barcola, but the Blues are facing competition from Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain.
According to The Sun, Chelsea are interested in signing Bradley Barcola from Lyon in the summer transfer window.
The report in the British tabloid has claimed that Lyon will sell Barcola, who can operate as a forward or as a winger.
Chelsea, though, have two major issues.
Manchester City, who won the Premier League, the FA Cup and the UEFA Champions League, are keen on the 20-year-old.
And Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are also reportedly interested in the France Under-21 international.
The Sun has reported that PSG are closing in on a £50 million deal with Lyon to sign the Frenchman.
Chelsea target Bradley Barcola a bright prospect
Bradley Barcola is one of the best young attacking players in Europe, and we are not surprised at all that Chelsea are among the clubs interested in the 20-year-old.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners have been signing young talents for the past two transfer windows, such as Moises Caicedo and Romeo Lavia.

Barcola is just 20 and is only starting his career.
The Frenchman made 15 starts and 11 substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Lyon last season.
The young forward scored five goals and gave eight assists in those games.
Barcola has publicly said that he idolises former Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is now at Ligue 1 club Marseille.
The forward told Onze Mondial: “My examples are Cristiano Ronaldo and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
“I have almost the same game as him and above all the same style. I love watching Aubameyang’s videos. His burst of speed and quality of finish impresses me.”
