Chelsea want Luke Harris and are willing to pay a staggering fee of around £30million to sign the Fulham teenager in 2023.
The Blues have been going on something of a trolley dash since Todd Boehly’s arrival as owner.
A raft of new signings – including Raheem Sterling, Wesley Fofana, Marc Cucurella and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – have arrived, as has a new boss in Graham Potter.
Chelsea are also trying to look towards the future though having signed Carney Chukwuemeka and Cesare Casadei.
There could now be another prospect heading to Stamford Bridge if Chelsea get their way.

Chelsea want Luke Harris
The Mirror report that Chelsea want to sign Fulham teenager Luke Harris – and are prepared to spend a huge fee.
It’s stated that the Blues are willing to spend around £30million on luring Harris away from Craven Cottage.
Chelsea have allegedly been tracking Harris having watched him score a hat-trick for Fulham against the Blues in an Under-21 game last month.
Harris, 17, earned a preliminary call-up to the Wales squad last week and looks to have a huge future ahead of him.
Harris was born in Jersey but looks set to commit his international future to Wales having already turned out for their Under-17’s and Under-19’s.
The teenager has yet to make his Premier League debut for Fulham but is now attracting very lofty interest already.
This feel like a major case of deja vu for Fulham, who have seen other young players move on to Premier League giants.
Harvey Elliott left Fulham for Liverpool in 2019 and Fabio Carvalho recently traded Craven Cottage for Anfield too.
The pair look set to become stars at Liverpool and Fulham will be gutted to have lost both players.
Excitement over Harris and his potential will now be tempered by fears that he could end up leaving for a top Premier League club like Chelsea.
£30million would be much, much more than the fees Fulham received for Elliott and Carvalho though and Chelsea may well believe that throwing money at their West London neighbours will help secure a deal.
