The Chelsea legend is concerned by the threat posed by Tottenham Hotspur this season.
During an exclusive interview with CFC Fan TV’s official YouTube channel, Chelsea legend Joe Cole offered high praise for his former club’s fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur, although he insisted they are still a couple of gears behind the Blues in terms of their overall strength as a team.
Antonio Conte’s men are currently in a commanding position in the Premier League, and sit top of the table, with an eight point advantage over second placed Arsenal, and are a further point clear of Spurs.

And Cole, who made 282 appearances for the West London outfit during a seven year spell with the club, explained how Tottenham’s form this year should be a worry to Chelsea fans, when speaking to CFC Fan TV’s official YouTube account:
“Tottenham look like a good team this year, which is bad news. Harry Kane and Dele Alli would get into most teams around the world. But apart from that, I think Chelsea are still a good couple of gears ahead of them.”

Chelsea have bounced back superbly after their 2-0 defeat to Tottenham at White Hart Lane, and are now heavily favoured to go on and win the Premier League title.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men cannot be discounted, however, and if Harry Kane and Dele Alli can continue their fine run of form, their fans will genuinely believe that they can win their first league title since 1961.
