According to reports, Chelsea think Dastan Satpaev has the potential to develop into a player at the same level as Estevao Willian.

Satpaev already has five senior caps for Kazakhstan and has scored 13 goals in 33 appearances for Kairat, which is a solid start for his age.
Chelsea are said to be staying in regular contact with the teenager as they prepare him for the move to West London. He seems mature for his age, but it remains to be seen how he will handle the step up to Premier League football next year.
