West Ham United defensive midfielder Declan Rice would seriously consider a move to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, although Graham Potter’s Chelsea are favourites for him at the moment, according to GiveMeSport.
The report has claimed that Liverpool are looking at Rice as a potential alternative for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham in the summer of 2023.
Rice, who can also play as a defender, will almost certainly leave West Ham at the end of the season, according to the report, which has claimed that Chelsea are ‘strong favourites’ for the 23-year-old.
However, GiveMeSport have claimed that if Liverpool do make a move, then Rice would give the Reds ‘serious consideration’.
Rice is open to moving out of London, and Liverpool would be a very appealing club, according to the report.

Could Liverpool or Chelsea sign Declan Rice from West Ham?
In our view, Liverpool and Chelsea could find it hard to sign Declan Rice from Premier League rivals West Ham United in the summer of 2023.
Yes, Liverpool and Chelsea are massive clubs who are global brands and regularly challenge for major trophies, but West Ham are no easy pushovers.
The Hammers are an established club in the Premier League who will demand a lot of money for a player who could end up winning the 2022 Qatar World Cup with England.
