Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has been in impressive form under Frank Lampard so far.
Chelsea fans have not taken kindly to Jorginho’s agent’s latest comments about their midfielder.
Jorginho has really won over any remaining doubters at Chelsea with his performances this term and become a very popular player at Stamford Bridge.
The Italian international has played a key role under Frank Lampard, with his performances impressing.
But Jorginho’s agent did not rule out the possibility of the Chelsea midfielder heading back to his homeland.
“I think Jorginho can do very well at the Euros and, why not, also at the next World Cup. As for a return to Serie A, anything is possible, and he will always feel the desire to come back home,” Jorginho’s agent said to Radio Sportiva.
The comments have not gone down well with Chelsea fans, who are questioning why he has thrown his client’s future into question when he appears so settled.
Thankfully for Chelsea it seems highly unlikely that Lampard would entertain offers for the £50 million midfielder (BBC Sport).
Jorginho looks set to be a Chelsea for the foreseeable future, where he will hope to continue to go from strength to strength.
Jorginho will next be in action for the Blues when they take on Newcastle United at the weekend.
