Chelsea fans are not impressed by the departure of Jose Mourinho.
It was officially announced in the last hour that Jose Mourinho and Chelsea had parted company.
The Portuguese boss led Chelsea to the Premier League title and the League Cup last term but has had a torrid time this season.
His Chelsea team, largely the same as last season, is now battling relegation after a shocking start to the campaign.
In the end the decision appears to be have been made that Mourinho was no longer the man to save Chelsea from themselves.
The dramatic dip in form of the likes of John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic, Eden Hazard and Nemanja Matic has contributed along with some poor transfer business in the summer.
Meanwhile the distraction of the Eva Carneiro saga did not help matters at Stamford Bridge.
His departure does come as a surprise considering the fact Chelsea fans were still behind him, but it seems his time simply ran out.
A 2-1 defeat to a Leicester City side top of the league and managed by Claudio Ranieri, the man Mourinho originally replaced at Chelsea in his first spell as Blues boss, put the final nail in his coffin.
