Southampton picked up a 1-1 draw against Manchester United this afternoon, and Valentino Livramento stole the headlines with a fine performance.
The Saints were impressive in the first half and took the lead as Che Adams saw his deflected strike sneak past David De Get and into the net.
Southampton couldn’t hang on though, with Mason Greenwood securing a point for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men.
With United chasing a winner, Southampton had to stay strong defensively, and Livramento played his part in keeping the Red Devils at bay.
Livramento made six interceptions and two clearances but also completed three dribbles, showing his quality both defensively and going forward.
The 18-year-old joined Southampton from Chelsea earlier this month and has immediately taken Kyle Walker-Peters’ spot as Ralph Hasenhuttl’s first-choice right back.

Chelsea do have a buy-back clause on Livramento, meaning they could sign him back in a couple of years, and Blues fans loved what they saw.
Chelsea supporters have taken to Twitter to rave about Livramento, branding him ‘unreal’ and a ‘serious baller’.
Others want the Blues to activate that buy-back clause as soon as possible, hailing his ‘incredible’ performance for Southampton.
