Jose Mourinho’s last job in England was at Tottenham Hotspur, but it seems that it may not be his final managerial role in the Premier League. Chelsea are now being linked with the AS Roma boss.
Chelsea linked with former Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho
La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Chelsea are admirers of Mourinho. The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are really struggling under Graham Potter, who replaced Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge earlier this season.
Mourinho is a former Chelsea manager who was hugely successful at the London club. During his first spell at Stamford Bridge, the ‘Special One’ won the Premier League title twice, the FA Cup once, and the League Cup on two occasions.
During his second managerial spell at Chelsea, the Portuguese boss won the Premier League once and the League Cup on one occasion.

Mourinho could have won a trophy at Tottenham as well. Just days before the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City in April 2021, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy decided to get rid of the Portuguese boss.
It came as a huge surprise, especially the timing of it. Tottenham lost the Carabao Cup final.
Mourinho is now in charge of AS Roma. Last season, he guided the Italian club to UEFA Europa Conference League success. And it seems that he could be heading back to London, not to Tottenham, but to Chelsea instead.
