Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are among those keen on signing Rafael Leao.
The Portugal international is on Spurs’ radar, according to Calciomercato
However, Chelsea have also been heavily linked.
And according to 90 Min, as covered by HITC Sport, the West Londoners are weighing up a £104 million offer for the AC Milan attacker.
But according to journalist Simon Phillips, the Stamford Bridge outfit could make an early attempt to sign him in January.

He told Give Me Sport: “One of them on the shortlist is obviously Rafael Leao. I think the intention there was to try and get him in during the summer but, at the moment, they’re sensing an opportunity due to his contract situation.”
This is something Tottenham need to look at, especially if Chelsea are weighing up a winter offer.
Son Heung-min has been horribly off the boil for Antonio Conte’s side this season and as excellent as Harry Kane is, he needs someone to relieve him of the goalscoring burden.
The Lilywhites man will not stop scoring for the North Londoners but, by the same token, he cannot do it all himself.
And so long as Son is struggling, well Conte might well be tempted to try add another goalscorer during the upcoming January transfer window.
