West Ham United midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate has hailed manager Slaven Bilic as unbelievable, speaking to Goal.
Bilic has been a big hit with the Hammers since replacing Sam Allardyce at the club last summer.
His first season saw him guide his side to a Europa League spot, with several impressive wins over the so-called big sides along the way.
The performances he got out of several of his stars was the driving force behind that success, with the majority of the West Ham squad showing noticeable improvement under his leadership.

Kouyate was one such player and says as far as he is concerned Bilic is unbelievable.
“He helps me every day and every day I become better and better and in my experience the manager is unbelievable,” he told Goal.
“Every time I have something to say he listens to me, he always helps me. In the game he will talk to me clearly and tell me ‘this is good’ or ‘this is bad.’ I like him a lot because he is close to every player.”

It will be interesting to see what West Ham United’s targets are for this season after an impressive first year under Slaven Bilic.
Securing Europa League football was very much the aim for last season and that was achieved, but that success has only ramped up the expectation from the club’s fans.
They will have dreams of making it into the Champions League but given the fierce competition for the top four, perhaps aiming for the Europa League would be a wiser choice.
