HITC Sport understands Walsall defender Liam Kinsella has yet to be offered a new deal and could be set to leave the club for free this summer.

A host of Championship and League One clubs are readying moves for Walsall defender Liam Kinsella on a free transfer this summer with the club yet to offer him a new deal, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Kinsella is out of contract at the end of the season at Walsall and his suitors are actively monitoring his situation at the Banks’s Stadium knowing he could be available on a free transfer.
The 22-year-old, who is the son of former Republic of Ireland international Mark Kinsella, has come through the ranks at Walsall and established himself as a key player in the side under Dean Keates.
The right-back, who can also play in defensive midfield as well as right wing, has made 26 appearances in all competitions for Walsall so far this season, scoring one goal and creating two assists.

Kinsella has been left out of the squad for the last two games amid speculation he has rejected a new deal, but HITC Sport understands there is no offer on the table for the defender.
Walsall now risk losing the Republic of Ireland Under-21 international on a free transfer this summer as clubs higher up the football pyramid get ready to pounce for his signature.
