Charly Musonda has posted a goodbye message to Celtic fans, seemingly signalling an end to his loan stay.

Charly Musonda has confirmed his departure from Celtic after his disappointing loan spell with the Scottish champions.
The Belgium Under-21 international’s arrival in Glasgow was widely regarded as a huge coup for Brendan Rodgers, signing what was initially meant to be an 18-month loan deal with the club.
But barring one superb appearance in a Europa League knockout tie at home to Zenit St Petersburg, Musonda’s impact was limited, making just two more appearances for Celtic beyond the month of February.

Now also suffering from a collarbone injury, the Belgian has returned to parent club Chelsea. He wrote to Bhoys fans on Instagram: “I will be a supporter of Celtic forever, I’d like to thank Brendan Rodgers for giving me that opportunity and guidance every single day, as I continue on my quest.”
Naturally, Celtic fans on Twitter have expressed their dismay with how the deal worked out after after the fanfare that followed his arrival.
While Musonda underwhelmed in his brief outings for Celtic, some supporters feel manager Brendan Rodgers is partly responsible for the deal going awry so quickly.
