Leeds loanee had a late cameo at Charlton as they fought back to draw with Sheffield United.

Leeds United’s Jordan Botaka applauds the fans after the match
Under new manager Karl Robinson this weekend Botaka was once again left on the bench, but his substitute performance might just have been enough to provide some optimism about a fresh start.
Botaka came on for the final 10 minutes against Sheffield United and was in the centre of the action, winning a free-kick for Patrick Bauer to score an injury time equaliser.
His direct approach put the Blades on the backfoot, and he had a shot himself which fizzed off target.
The Valley – Charlton Athletic
The 23-year-old has made 10 appearances for the Addicks in League One this season, but each one has been as a substitute.

With the African Nations Cup upcoming, Botaka faces a crucial month in which he needs to establish himself in the team before he goes, or his loan spell could be a write-off.
The signs on Saturday were promising, and Charlton fans clearly want to see more, judging from their reactions on Twitter…
