Leeds United lost 1-0 to Bristol City in their most recent fixture.

Charlie Taylor has told the Yorkshire Evening Post that he sees no reason why Leeds United cannot compete with Bristol City this season.
Leeds lost 1-0 to Bristol City in their most recent match, in what was a frustrating night for Garry Monk’s side.
The Whites had a number of opportunities to score against the Robins, but they failed to take them, and Lee Johnson’s men made them pay.
Bristol City are now in sixth place in the Championship table, but Taylor does not feel that there is any reason why Leeds cannot be challenging for a play off place too.

“The play-offs without a doubt has got to be the aim,” Taylor said. “Bristol City have moved into them so there’s no reason at all why we shouldn’t be up there, or why we can’t get up there.
“They never really looked like scoring against us. Once we conceded we had to go for it and they got us on the counter a few times but they never looked a threat and that’s the most gutting part about it. We should have got something from the game.
“On a good day we could have had four or five goals. It’s just about being ruthless or less selfish in the final third. We could have got a hatful.”

Leeds are currently in 14th place in the Championship table, and they sit four points off the top six.
The Whites have started to show signs of promise in recent weeks, though, and they have won four of their last five matches.
Leeds are next in action on Saturday, when they take on an in-form Barnsley side at Elland Road in a Yorkshire derby.
