Everton boss Marco Silva has guided his team into 10th place in the Premier League table, as things stand.
Everton are currently in 10th place in the Premier League table, and they have seemingly hit form recently.
The Toffees have won their last two outings, and their most recent showing against West Ham United was arguably their best of the campaign so far.
However, Nicholas has seen reason for concern with Silva’s side – and he has no confidence that the Toffees’ board will stick by the Portuguese boss.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s changes again,” he said. “I think it’s the type of club who are never comfortable. Everton always seem to not be sure what their style is. This guy has to identify his style and get his point across. If he doesn’t these owners will make a change. If the crowd go again these owners a decision will be made.”
Silva has come under pressure at times this season, but his position in charge at Everton currently feels fairly secure.
Farhad Moshiri has publicly backed Silva earlier this term, and insisted that he has no intention to sack him.
Silva has been tasked with helping Everton progress and to start competing for European spots.
Everton are next in action later today when they take on Arsenal at Goodison Park.
