Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers signed the English midfielder this week.

Charlie Miller has told The Scottish Sun that Joe Aribo’s reported wage at Rangers indicates that Steven Gerrard views him as a first-team player.
The Gers wrapped up a £300,000 deal for the 22-year-old former Charlton Athletic midfielder today.
In doing so, Rangers boss Gerrard added to his abundance of midfield options and it remains to be seen who – if anyone – suffers from the English star’s arrival.
But The Scottish Sun report that Aribo is on a £20,000-a-week deal in Glasgow, which Miller believes is indicative of Gerrard’s plan for him.
He said: “If they are paying Aribo the kind of money being talked about then I wouldn’t imagine he’s coming here to be a squad player.
“He had the chance to sign for about 20 different teams — and he chose Rangers. Eleven central midfielders is a lot even when you take injuries into consideration.”
Aribo scored 10 goals for the League One side last term and it’ll be interesting to see how he fares in Glasgow.
He certainly has a whole heap of talent but, as Miller noted, Rangers have a lot of competition, including Jordan Rossiter, Steven Davis, Scott Arfield, Glen Kamara and Graham Dorrans to name but a few.
