Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers won against NK Osijek, with Ibrox striker Alfredo Morelos scoring for the Gers, and Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam was impressed.

Rangers have been getting positive results under new manager Steven Gerrard in recent weeks, and the Ibrox outfit continued their good performances on Thursday evening.
Ibrox club Rangers got the better of NK Osijek 1-0 away from home in the first leg of the Europa League Qualifying Second Round tie.
Colombian striker Alfredo Morelos scored the only goal of the match in the 18th minute.
Former Rangers midfielder Charlie Adam was following the match, and the Stoke City star was impressed with the performance of Gerrard’s team.
After the match, the 32-year-old Scotland international – who started his professional club football career at Rangers and was on the books of the Scottish giants until 2009 – praised the performance of Gerrard’s team on Thursday evening on social networking site Twitter.

Return to Rangers?
Adam himself has told BT Sport that he is open to returning to Rangers in the summer transfer window, and perhaps the Gers should look at singing the midfielder from Stoke – as he would clearly be a good addition to Gerrard’s team.
