Galatasaray have a plan in place for how to approach a potential transfer for one of Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United players, according to reports.
The Red Devils haven’t moved quickly through their shortlist so far, but Amorim is still expected to be active in the market this summer.

One of those moves was Matheus Cunha, who joined from Wolves after United triggered his £62.5m release clause. The 26-year-old Brazil international adds a new dynamic to the squad.
Cunha stands out as United’s headline signing so far, while Diego Leon also made his way to Old Trafford this summer after reaching an agreement back in January.

Enzo Kana-Biyik also signed from Le Havre last week before being sent straight back out on loan. The 18-year-old French youth international is seen as one for the future.
The club has also been linked with moves for a midfielder and a striker. Bryan Mbeumo has emerged as another key target alongside Cunha.
Fenerbahce set to delay Marcus Rashford move as club target Barcelona over Man Utd player’s interest in Jose Mourinho reunion
Marcus Rashford has been training on his own at Carrington since returning from his loan spell at Aston Villa, and the 27-year-old isn’t expected to join the squad for their upcoming pre-season tour.
The forward was sent out on loan to Villa last February after falling out of favour with Ruben Amorim, and it doesn’t look like there’s a way back for him under the current setup.
Even so, Rashford has drawn some interest during this window. According to reports from Turkey via Sport Witness, Fenerbahce are willing to wait until August before making a move.
The Turkish side reportedly think they can secure a better deal later in the summer rather than paying the €45m fee currently being discussed.
Jose Mourinho’s stance on Rashford as Fenerbahce eye summer move
Marcus Rashford has been linked with a possible reunion with Jose Mourinho at Fenerbahce, after their time together at Manchester United.
The Turkish club are looking to strengthen their attack following last season’s second-place finish behind Galatasaray and see Rashford as an option to boost Mourinho’s squad.
Mourinho is said to have played a role in the pursuit, hoping his previous connection with Rashford and the chance to play Champions League football will help sway the forward. Still, Barcelona are also in the picture.
Mourinho, according to Sport Witness, is keen on working with Rashford again and wants Fenerbahce to push ahead with a deal. Barcelona remain interested, and Camp Nou is seen as a preferred destination by many around the player.
Rashford is under contract at Old Trafford until 2028 and has been valued at around £40m amid interest from both Turkey and Spain.
