In the build-up to the ongoing World Cup match between England and Panama, Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas said on BBC One (12:36pm, Sunday, June 24, 2018) with a mischievous smile that it is time for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane to move on.
