Arsenal moved into the Premier League’s top-four after they claimed a point against Manchester United on Monday night.

Cesc Fabregas has waxed-lyrical about Matteo Guendouzi on Twitter by stating that he ‘always shows up in difficult moments’ as Arsenal recorded a 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Monday night.
The former Arsenal midfielder was clearly impressed with the performance Guendouzi put in for Unai Emery’s side, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang cancelling out Scott McTominay’s first-half strike.
Midfielder Guendouzi played the entire match for his team, with Emery opting to select Granit Xhaka and Lucas Torreira alongside him on the night.
Former Gunners man Fabregas shared his thoughts on Guendouzi’s performance, as he posted this message from his personal Twitter account.
Arsenal signed Guendouzi last summer as a relatively unknown figure when he made an £8 million switch from Ligue 2 side Lorient [Sky Sports].
It is fair to say that he has turned out to be a brilliant purchase, and he is nowhere near his best yet as Arsenal fans will be hoping he can take their midfield to another level in years to come.
Whilst Emery’s side continue to struggle from a defensive standpoint, Guendouzi is providing that bite, that power and that ability to put opponents on the back foot from the middle of the park.
Nonetheless, that point against United means that Arsenal move into the top-four, but they are only one point ahead of ninth-paced Crystal Palace, with the table looking pretty congested, at this moment time.
