Celtic clearly have plenty of exciting teenagers coming through the ranks currently.

In the latest instalment looking at the hottest prospects coming through at certain clubs according to Football Manager 2017, we look at the three most exciting teenagers that are making the grade at Celtic.

It would surprise no-one in the slightest to know that Kieran Tierney is being tipped by Football Manager to go on and become a very special player. When fit, the 19-year-old is one of the first names on Brendan Rodgers’ teamsheet which is an incredible achievement given that he is battling with someone as good as Emilio Izaguirre for the left-back spot.

The 16-year-old alerted everyone to his talent when he became the club’s youngest ever goalscorer when he bagged the final goal in the 7-0 win over Motherwell on the final day of last season. Though he is yet to add a second appearance for the first-team since, he has impressed for the Hoops’ under-20 side in the Challenge Cup with two goals in three games.

The Norwegian has made just one appearance for Celtic’s first-team since his arrival. And while that in conjunction with the fact that he was a Ronny Deila signing would hint that he may not be Rodgers’ cup of tea, Football Manager suggests that he could still go a very long way in the future. FM 2017 rates him to be the player at Celtic with the most potential.
