Former Glasgow Rangers ace Liam Kelly has seen his stock rise since quitting Ibrox, having denied Celtic last month.

Celtic goalkeeping coach Steve Woods has told The Scottish Sun that former Rangers man Liam Kelly will be under consideration for a Scotland call-up if he maintains his stunning form until the next international break in March.
Kelly, who left Rangers in June, has been excellent for Livingston this season and posted an exceptional performance in the draw with Celtic last month.
Nevertheless, the 22-year-old keeper, who only has 16 Premiership appearances under his belt, was denied a call-up for Scotland by manager Alex McLeish.
And Celtic coach Woods, also part of McLeish’s backroom staff, has explained why the former Gers youth was snubbed.
He told The Scottish Sun: “Liam is someone I saw have a fantastic performance against Celtic.
“But it’s his first season at the top level. If caps were handed out after 13 performances? That’s not right. If he’s in the same place come March he’ll be in our considerations.”
Kelly remains a popular figure with the Ibrox faithful, especially after costing Old Firm rivals Celtic two points in the stalemate last month.

He made the right decision to quit Rangers, given that Steven Gerrard had Allan McGregor, Wes Foderingham and Jak Alnwick at the time.
He wouldn’t have kicked a ball for Gerrard this season.
McLeish’s side face Kazakhstan and San Marino in March. It’s a huge ask for Kelly to displace McGregor, who has been outstanding for Rangers and Scotland this season, but if he makes the squad then that’s major progress for the youngster.
