It was a chastening night in Paris as despite taking a shocking early lead, Celtic got obliterated 7-1 by PSG. How did the players do? Check out our ratings below.

Craig Gordon of Celtic looks on as Mikael Lustig scores an own goal during the UEFA Champions League Group B match Between Celtic and Paris Saint-Germain at Celtic Park on September 12,...

Goalkeeper: Craig Gordon – 4/10

Nothing he could have done to prevent the massacre. But he did concede 7 goals. So, yeah.

Centre-back: Mikael Lustig – 5/10

Went off early with an injury, but not before his loose marking allowing Neymar to equalise.

Centre-back: Dedrick Boyata – 3/10

Solid enough at clearing crosses but on the deck PSG had him on skates the whole night long.

Centre-back: Jozo Simunovic – 3/10

Couldn’t cope with the intelligent movement of Cavani nor the pace of Mbappé, and criminally let the ball run through him for PSG’s 4th goal.

Right wing-back: James Forrest – 4/10

Failed to offer anything in attack and didn’t stop PSG from attacking his centre-back for the whole match.

Central midfield: Tom Rogic – 5/10

Hustled hard but was generally overwhelmed.

Scott Brown consoles Dedryck Boyata of Celtic following during the UEFA Champions League group B match between Celtic FC and Bayern Muenchen at Celtic Park on October 31, 2017 in Glasgow,...

Defensive midfield: Scott Brown – 3/10

Atrocious and idiotic play when Celtic were 0-1 up. Handed PSG an equaliser and from there it was game over.

Central midfield: Callum McGregor – 4/10

Ran around a lot and didn’t do much else.

Attacking midfield: Olivier Ntcham – 6/10

Energetic and full of intent. His superbly intelligent corner broke the game wide open and gave Celtic so much hope.

Left wing-back: Kieran Tierney- 6/10

Celtic’s only reliable outlet to get the ball from defence to attack. Was solid defensively until the 6th goal too.

Moussa Dembele of Celtic reacts during the UEFA Champions League group B match between Celtic FC and Bayern Muenchen at Celtic Park on October 31, 2017 in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Striker: Moussa Dembélé – 7/10

Scored Celtic’s superb opening goal and repeatedly caused danger on the counter-attack despite being isolated.

Sub: Nir Biton – 4/10

It’s hard to pick the pace of a game up from the bench but Biton never got close. Repeatedly humiliated by Neymar in particular.

Sub: Kouassi Eboué – n/a

Came on for Ntcham after 69 minutes. Had little impact on the game.

Sub: Leigh Griffiths – n/a

Came on for Dembélé after 77 minutes.
