Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers will take on Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic at Ibrox next weekend.

Graeme Murty’s Rangers will take on bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership next weekend.
Rangers are in good form at the moment, and the Gers will be confident of at least competing with the Bhoys.
The Gers have some of the best fans in the world, and the Ibrox faithful will be determined to make things tough for the Celtic fans.
Celtic midfielder Ntcham, who joined the Glasgow giants from Manchester City in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £4.5 million, has suggested that he will not be intimated by the Rangers fans.

Ntcham told The Daily Record: “This is just another game. When I was in Italy the derby I played in was for Genoa against Sampdoria and it WAS crazy.
“The fans used to throw flares and fireworks on the pitch and we would have to stop the game for 10-15 minutes before we were able to play on.”
“The atmosphere and the supporters were even more intense than when I went to Ibrox earlier this season,” added Ntcham. “The Rangers fans are also crazy but they respect the players and don’t throw flares.”

Big game
Celtic are still the strong favourites for the Scottish Premiership title this season, but Rangers will close the gap and put pressure on Brendan Rodgers’s side if they win next weekend.
True, the Gers will not find it easy, but if Murty’s side score an early goal and then keep it tight at the back, then they could just about manage to eke out a narrow win.
