Odsonne Edouard has not featured for Celtic since the second weekend of the Scottish Premiership season.

Odsonne Edouard has handed Celtic a major boost ahead of the second-leg of their Europa League tie with Suduva this week by confirming on Twitter that he is back in training following injury.
Edouard has not featured for the Hoops since their defeat to Hearts in the Scottish Premiership earlier in the month, missing four games in the process, including the Champions League loss to AEK Athens.
But it appears that Rodgers could be about to receive a timely lift ahead of a seemingly-crucial week for the Bhoys, with the Lithuanian side travelling to Parkhead on Thursday with a place in the group stages of the Europa League at stake before the first Old Firm game of the campaign at the weekend.
Edouard has made a positive start to life as a permanent fixture on Celtic’s books. He has scored four goals in seven appearances this term, including a brace against Rosenborg.

Celtic have coped fairly well without the Frenchman, winning two of the four games that they have played in his absence. It is not yet clear when the 20-year-old will be available for selection, but it would certainly be a fantastic boost if he is able to play a role this week.
Domestically, nothing will be decided in the coming days, but it would be superb for Celtic if they were able to somewhat burst their rivals’ bubble heading into the international break. And perhaps Edouard stands a chance of helping attempt to burst that bubble now that he is pushing to get back in contention.
