Patrick Roberts finally left Celtic to return to Manchester City this summer.

Celtic defender Mikael Lustig has told Patrick Roberts he misses him, after the winger finally rejoined parent club Manchester City after a long-winded loan spell with the Scottish champions.
Roberts, 21, first joined Celtic in January 2016 on an 18-month loan, and extended that by another season last summer – though he failed to make an impact during the 2017-18 season.
Injury prevented the England youth international from building on his excellent start at Celtic, which saw him score 17 goals and create another 21 strikes in 60 games. Last term, he managed one goal and five assists in 18.
He finally returned to Pep Guardiola’s City but a move away from the club could once again be engineered. Lustig posted on his Instagram story stating he missed Roberts, as the player looks to break into City’s first team.

With the likes of Leroy Sane, Raheem Sterling, Riyad Mahrez and more above Roberts in the pecking order, the youngster could have to leave the club once again but has admitted himself that he wants to remain in the Premier League.
He has two years remaining on his contract at City, but the chances of a renewal seem slim at the moment.
