Celtic’s Leigh Griffiths trolled a fan of Scottish Premiership rivals Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers on Twitter.

Given his tendency to tie a Celtic scarf to a post at Ibrox, Leigh Griffiths is very much a villainous figure among Rangers fans.
And the Celtic hitman has trolled one such Rangers fan on Twitter – after the supporter in question attempted to troll him.
Griffiths was present at Perth race course on Sunday, and one supporter on the blue half of the Old Firm divide placed his Gers shirt over the 27-year-old’s car and sent the striker a photo of it.
But the Scotland international saw the funny side and responded in kind:

Griffiths and Celtic will more than likely have the last laugh on a footballing level.
Rangers could do big things under Steven Gerrard this season, but there remains a gulf in class between both Glasgow giants and it would be a minor miracle if Gerrard broke the Hoops’ dominance.
That being said, the iconic midfielder has done some very good business this summer, recruiting nine new players, and is expected to sign more before the transfer window shuts next month.
Griffiths, meanwhile, could see slightly more action for Celtic this season, in light of Brendan Rodgers’s new system which includes two main strikers – Odsonne Edouard and Moussa Dembele.
