Celtic are in the market for a couple of full backs.

Celtic are looking for a right back and a left back before the transfer deadline, and they will have been keeping tabs on the Champions League last night.
The Bhoys have already landed Hatem Abd Elhamed on the right and Boli Bolingoli on the left, but more options are needed.
Neil Lennon has been linked with a whole host of options in those areas, and two targets were in action for their clubs last night.
The Daily Record recently noted that Rosenborg ace Birger Meling is one name on the left back wish list, whilst Olympiacos ace Omar Elabdellaoui is a target on the right.
Last night, both players were looking to quality for the Champions League group stage, but only one of them made it.
Elabdellaoui helped Olympiacos seal a 6-1 aggregate win over Krasnodar, and the Norwegian international seemingly won’t be on the move now, especially as Celtic won’t be able to offer Champions League football.

However, Meling wasn’t quite so lucky. Rosenborg faced an uphill task after losing the first leg of their tie 2-0 to Dinamo Zagreb, and last night’s second leg ended in a 1-1 draw.
Celtic now seemingly have more chance of signing Meling as a result of last night’s results, and with little time to go until the deadline, Lennon’s men need to get moving quickly after seeing Meling miss out on the Champions League.
