Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda is reportedly on the radar of Celtic in the summer transfer window.

Celtic want to sign Charly Musonda from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, according to The Express.

It has been reported that the Scottish giants are ready to make a £4.5 million move for the talented and promising young Chelsea attacking midfielder.

The 20-year-old has been on the books of Chelsea since 2012, but the attacking midfielder has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League for the Blues.

The Belgium Under-21 international spent the second half of the 2015-16 campaign and the first half of the 2016-17 season on loan at Spanish club Real Betis.

Musonda is still very young and raw, but the youngster does not seem to lack confidence, according to comments he made previously.

As reported by The Scottish Sun, the Belgian talent suggested earlier this year that he could become a legend in his own way and described himself as a phenomenon.

“I was a late starter in my career,” The Scottish Sun quotes Musonda as saying. “For example Eden Hazard was already in the first team when he was 16 and I was nowhere near that.

“But look, every phenomenon is different. So I’m going to create my own legend. I only really properly started at 19 and I’m sure I will have a very great career.”

From the aforementioned comments, it seems that Musonda is supremely confident and has strong belief in himself.
