Celtic are set to sign Suwon Samsung Bluewings striker Oh Hyeon-gyu after he was given permission to fly over to Glasgow on Sunday.
That’s according to The Scottish Sun, who report that Celtic are now set to complete the signing of Oh within the next few days.
It’s stated that Oh has been given the green light to travel over to Glasgow and wrap up a £2.5million move to the Scottish champions.
The report notes that Celtic have been in talks with sign Oh for weeks now and Suwon has now finally given up and allowed the move to happen.
Oh allegedly pushed for the move to happen and Suwon will no longer stand in the way of his dream move to Europe.
Celtic have already signed Alistair Johnston, Yuki Kobayashi and Tomoki Iwata this month with Oh set to become January addition number four.

Who is Celtic target Oh Hyeon-gyu?
Oh has come through the Suwon ranks in recent years and has become a real success story.
14 goals in 53 games for Suwon is a decent record for Oh, who has added three assists too.
Despite only being 21, Oh has actually already completed his compulsory military service in South Korea.
Oh turned out for military team Gimcheon Sangmu during conscription, recording nine goals and six assists in 40 games.
Oh has already picked up one cap for South Korea, coming on as a substitute against Iceland ahead of the World Cup.
The hope for Oh is that he can now move on to Celtic and earn more caps moving forward with a move to Celtic.
The Bhoys had been linked with another South Korean striker in Cho Gue-sung but now appear to have picked Oh instead.
Ange Postecoglou’s knowledge of the Asian market is key here and Celtic will hope to have found another gem.
