Celtic winger Liel Abada has sent a message to Manor Solomon after completing his move to Tottenham Hotspur today.
Manor Solomon has joined Tottenham Hotspur and has now received a message from Celtic wide man Liel Abada.
Spurs have been busy this summer, securing the signings of Guglielmo Vicario and James Maddison.
Tottenham have added another new face with winger Solomon signing on the dotted line today.
Solomon’s move is a little more complex than the usual transfer.
The Israel international suspended his Shakhtar Donetsk contract last summer, joining Fulham for the season.
Solomon’s time at Fulham is over but with FIFA allowing him to suspend his contract again and with his Shakhtar deal ending next summer, Solomon has joined Tottenham permanently on a free transfer.

Liel Abada sends message to Manor Solomon
Solomon and Tottenham have taken to Instagram to celebrate the move and there is unsurprisingly a message from Celtic star Abada.
Solomon and Abada both came through with Maccabi Petah Tikva in their native Israel, briefly featuring together in the 2018-19 season.
Now Israel teammates, Abada has sent a simple message to Solomon by saying ‘good luck my brother’.
The key factor here is Ange Postecoglou.
Abada was one of Postecoglou’s first signings as Celtic boss back in the summer of 2021.
Solomon now follows suit by joining Postecoglou at Tottenham, following in his fellow winger’s footsteps.

Solomon would love to emulate Abada record
The goal now will be to shine under Postecoglou just as Abada did at Celtic.
Abada racked up 15 goals and 11 assists in his first season under Postecoglou before adding 13 goals and nine assists last term.
Solomon would no doubt love to chip in with similar attacking numbers and ultimately take his game to another level under Postecoglou just like Abada.
Whilst Abada predominantly played down the Celtic right, we’re expecting to see Solomon on the left at Tottenham.
Solomon seems to be competition for Son Heung-min moving forward although he does have the ability to play as a central attacking midfielder.
The 23-year-old clearly has talent and will look to become another Israeli success story under Postecoglou.
