Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers reportedly want to bring John McGinn to Ibrox from Hibernian.

Rangers are interested in signing McGinn from Scottish Premiership rivals Hibernian in the summer transfer window, according to The Daily Record.
It has been reported that Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, who will take charge of the Gers from next month, is considering making a move for the 23-year-old midfielder.
Celtic midfielder Brown, who has been on the books of the Bhoys since the summer of 2007 when he joined from Hibernian for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £4.4 million, has praised McGinn.

The 32-year-old told BBC Sport: “John [McGinn] has been my toughest opponent in the league. The way he gets his body in and uses it so well. That’s part of my game too.”

Good summer transfer target for Rangers?
McGinn is one of the best players in Scotland, and his performances for Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership this season have been very encouraging.
The former St. Mirren star has scored five goals and provided four assists in 30 Scottish Premiership appearances for Hibs this campaign, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
If Rangers are able to secure the services of the 23-year-old Scotland international midfielder this summer, then it would be a huge coup for the Gers.
