Celtic midfielder Scott Brown seems to rate Liverpool legend and new Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard.

Rangers have appointed former Liverpool and England international midfielder Gerrard as their manager.
The former Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder will take charge of the Gers’ first team from next month.
Celtic midfielder Brown, who has been on the books of the Hoops since the summer of 2007 when he joined from Hibernian for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £4.4 million, has given his take on Rangers appointing Gerrard.

Brown told BBC Sport when asked where he was when he heard the news about Gerrard and Rangers: “I couldn’t tell you. Somebody texted me, I think.
“He was a top quality player, an absolute legend of Liverpool. It’s an opportunity for him now to come to Glasgow and see what the goldfish bowl is really like.”

Tough test
Gerrard is one of the greatest footballers of all time, but this will be the Liverpool legend’s first managerial role.
Rangers are a massive club, and it is not going to be easy for Gerrard, especially as many fans will expect the team to compete with Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title.
Celtic have the best squad in Scotland and are also financially stronger than the rest of the teams in the Scottish Premiership.
