Celtic star Moussa Dembele has told Sky Sports that he will remember his hat-trick against Rangers for the rest of his life.
The striker was handed his chance to impress in the Old Firm derby on Saturday following an injury to their first-choice striker Leigh Griffiths.
He managed to do just that, scoring his ever career hat-trick to help guide his side to a comprehensive 5-1 victory.

It was a performance that made many stand up and take note of his ability, and he says he it is something he will remember for the rest of his life.
“It’s great to win today and for me to score my first hat-trick, it’s something I will remember all my life,” he told Sky Sports.
“All of them [are my favourite]. When you’re scoring in this stadium with these fans, that’s something huge. I enjoyed all three goals.”

Dembele will now be keen to build on this performance and try to cement a place in the first team moving forward.
He was only handed his chance in this game because of the injury to Griffiths, but more than proved he is capable of replacing him in the long term.
Indeed, it will be interesting to see what decision Rodgers will make regarding the duo, with it looking like the first big decision he may have to make as the Celtic manager.
