Leigh Griffiths joined Celtic from Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2014.

Griffiths started his professional club football career at Livingston before moving on to fellow Scottish club Dundee.
In 2011, the Scotland international earned the move to Wolves in England, but he was back in Scotland on a permanent basis in January 2014 when Celtic signed him for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £1 million.
The 27-year-old also had a loan spell at Hibernian in Scotland from 2011 until 2013, but the striker has defended his time at Wolves.

Griffiths told The Daily Record: “Everybody keeps mentioning I was put off in England I came back up the road because I was scared, but if you look at the records, I still finished joint top scorer when I left in January.
“Fair enough, we were in the Premier League and I got put on loan, but that stood me in good stead for going back down.
“I had a good crack at it when I went back down, but when Celtic come calling, you do not reject it.”

Celtic success
Griffiths has been a huge success at Celtic and has established himself as a key player in Brendan Rodgers’s side.
The 27-year-old striker has scored 97 goals in 177 appearances in all competitions for the Hoops so far in his career, according to the club’s official website.
So far this season, the Scotsman has scored eight goals and provided two assists in 21 Scottish Premiership appearances, according to Transfermarkt.com.
