Rangers should consider outgoing Celtic loanee Charly Musonda.

Rarely should Rangers consider signing a player who failed at Celtic but Charly Musonda is different.
The Belgian youngster is viewed as one of Europe’s top young talents and he has already played and scored for Chelsea’s first team.
Celtic could not offer him the regular first team football he wanted and cut short his 18 month loan deal, but Rangers can offer him a more prominent role.

The Scotsman report winger Michael O’Halloran will be sold, and Musonda would compete with Jamie Murphy – if he returns – and Daniel Candeias.
Importantly for the Gers if they considered such a deal, Musonda has shown a willingness to spend the next part of his career playing in Scotland, and Chelsea felt it was good for his development.
New Rangers boss Steven Gerrard should be making a call to the Blues and try to land Musonda, who Celtic played in just four Premiership matches.

Musonda, 21, is potentially a game changing talent who fits the bill for Rangers and will have a point to prove after not getting a proper chance for Celtic.
A move to Ibrox would make Musonda an unpopular figure at Celtic but he has already been forgotten by the champions after barely playing and if he is brave then he should consider the move.
