Released Newcastle midfielder would be a shrewd signing for Celtic.

Celtic are reportedly willing to cash in on Olivier Ntcham if they receive a fee of £15 million, France Football report.
The club would need to replace him, and they could do so by making a shrewd free transfer if they look to Mo Diame.
Diame has just been released by Newcastle United after three years at the club.
Diame played a key role in Newcastle winning promotion after replacing Moussa Sissoko following his move to Tottenham.
He made 24 Premier League starts last season and a further five from the bench.

At Newcastle he has played in more of a defensive midfield role, but he is capable of going forward too.
In his final season at Hull, he scored 10 goals in 45 games, a career best. He has had previous spells at Wigan and West Ham.
At 31, Diame has plenty of football left in him and the Senegalese star should have little trouble finding a new club.
Celtic should get into the mix. Their squad would be stronger with him in it, and he could replace Ntcham while freeing up funds for other positions.
