Celtic return to European action this Thursday when they host Zenit St Petersburg at Parkhead.

Celtic are back in European action this week as they host Zenit St Petersburg in the first-leg of their Europa League last 32 tie at Parkhead on Thursday.
The Hoops go into the contest off the back of a shaky run of form. They kicked off February by losing 1-0 away at Kilmarnock and then scraped through their Scottish Cup tie with Partick Thistle at the weekend.

The player who came in for the most criticism after the win was Jozo Simunovic. The defender was at fault for Partick’s first goal and he hardly covered himself in glory for the second, and there will be a number of fans who will be hoping that he does not play on Thursday.
But with a number of injuries and Jack Hendry still finding his feet following his January move, Simunovic may well keep his place alongside Kristoffer Ajer at the heart of the defence in the hope that he produces one of his best performances on the night.

Meanwhile, the one change we are predicting involves Charly Musonda dropping down to the bench and Callum McGregor coming into the side. Tom Rogic may have hoped to have proved his fitness by now but the under-23 game he was set to play in was cancelled, so McGregor giving the midfield more support may be a smart move.
With James Forrest scoring a weekend hat-trick, Brendan Rodgers will be hoping that he can replicate that performance with Scott Sinclair looking somewhat off the boil lately.
With that in mind, here is a look at the predicted lineup in full…
