Celtic won their first piece of silverware under Ange Postecoglou – and have now received congratulations from cricket legend Shane Warne.
Celtic’s cup final success
Postecoglou’s Celtic actually fell behind in the Premier Sports Cup final, with Paul Hanlon firing Hibernian ahead.
The Bhoys rallied back though, winning 2-1 thanks to a fine brace from Japanese superstar Kyogo Furuhashi.
Two sublime finishes from Kyogo secured Postecoglou’s first trophy with Celtic, continuing his impressive first season at Parkhead.
Celtic fans love Postecoglou, and news of his achievement has filtered through back home in Australia.
Warne congratulates Postecoglou
The Ashes may be a source of real pain for England fans, but Shane Warne will be loving it.
Australia find themselves 2-0 up in this five-match series, with England embarrassing themselves regularly.

Warne took a break from covering the Ashes on Monday though, sending a message to Celtic.
Warne took to Twitter to send a message about his fellow Australian Postecoglou, congratulating him and his staff.
The former spinner added that Celtic’s cup win as a ‘tremendous achievement’, helping spread the word of Postecoglou’s fine work to those back in Australia.
