Celtic are interested in snapping up Manchester City duo Tommy Doyle and James McAtee before the transfer deadline.
Manchester City talents Tommy Doyle and James McAtee are both believed to be on the radar at Celtic this summer.
The Sun claim that Brendan Rodgers wants to bring City midfielder Doyle to Celtic.
It’s suggested that Wolverhampton Wanderers want Doyle but the lack of guaranteed playing time there means Doyle isn’t convinced.
Celtic have money to spend and Rodgers may fancy spending some of it on Doyle – but he’s not the only City talent on the radar.
The Daily Mail add that James McAtee is also wanted at Celtic as Manchester City weigh up his future.
Wolves, Brighton, Real Sociedad, Southampton, Sheffield United and AZ Alkmaar are also believed to be in the race for McAtee.
City are set to receive both loan and permanent offers for McAtee and must weigh up the best decision in the final weeks of the transfer window.

Celtic could sign more Manchester City players in Tommy Doyle and James McAtee
We have seen a number of Manchester City players sign for Celtic in recent memory.
Supporters will remember likes of Jason Denayer, John Guidetti, Dedryck Boyata, Olivier Ntcham, Daniel Arzani and Patrick Roberts arriving at Parkhead.
Then there is the influence of Celtic’s head of scouting Mark Lawwell, who was previously part of the City Football Group.
We maybe shouldn’t be surprised that Celtic therefore signed Marco Tilio from Melbourne City, one of Manchester City’s partner clubs.

The connections are there for Celtic and Doyle or McAtee could be the next to arrive at Parkhead.
The Bhoys can’t be absolutely 100% sure about the future of Reo Hatate whilst Aaron Mooy retired over the summer.
Youngsters Odin Thiago Holm and Kwon Hyeok-kyu have arrived though, meaning Celtic would need to be absolutely sure about any midfield arrival.
Doyle and McAtee know each from City and were even on loan at Sheffield United together last season, so adding both could be a dream for Celtic.
That seems unlikely but maybe that connection between City and Celtic can become vital this summer.
