Celtic brought in Fraser Forster on loan from Southampton over the summer, with the 31-year-old making a return to Parkhead.
Forster was brought back to Celtic by Lennon this summer, and he has been immediately thrown into the Bhoys’ starting line-up.
There has been accusations that Celtic have regressed since Brendan Rodgers departed and Lennon took over.
But Forster insists that both managers have their own qualities, and he has praised Lennon’s man management skills.
“He just gets the best out of the players,” the new Celtic signing said.
“We’ve got a good squad and that’s what it’s about. Getting the best out of everyone as an individual and then collectively as a team.
“For me, he was brilliant the first time and he’s brilliant for me the second time.
“We had a fantastic record here. You can’t really argue with his record as manager when he was here. Brendan was fantastic as well, but he’s a top manager.”
Forster has looked solid since moving back to Celtic, with his performances strong.
The England international helped Celtic beat Rangers in his last outing, as Neil Lennon’s side picked up a comfortable 2-0 victory at Ibrox.
The victory was the first blow struck in the title race, as Celtic proved that they remain the team to beat in Scotland.
Forster and Celtic will next be in action after the international break, when the Bhoys take on Hamilton.
