One of Celtic’s main priorities during the summer will surely be to address the situation at right-back.

Whether it is Neil Lennon or someone else, one of the main priorities for Celtic this summer has got to be to address the situation at right-back with Jeremy Toljan only on loan and Mikael Lustig’s future still up in the air.
Lennon has spoken about keeping Lustig around beyond this term (via The Times), but it would be a surprise to see Cristian Gamboa play for the club again. And if Toljan’s deal is not extended beyond this season, signing another option in that area is surely a must even if the Swede stays.
And perhaps the player that Celtic should have their eye on is a player that has caught the attention of Rangers, according to a report from the Daily Express.
The Express has suggested that the Gers want Mahlon Romeo from Millwall after the 23-year-old’s impressive season in the Championship. He has made 30 appearances for the Lions in the second tier this term, and West Ham are also reportedly interested in signing the youngster.

Celtic should not allow their rivals or the Premier League side to win the race for his signature as he could be a fantastic addition to their squad ahead of next season.
He may well be ready to handle the demands of being first-choice for the Hoops. And if he is not quite there yet, a season working alongside Lustig could be a fantastic way for Romeo to become the player Celtic would need him to be.
