Former Rangers loanee Emerson Hyndman is set to feature against Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic today.
Emerson Hyndman at Rangers
Hyndman, who had a loan spell at Ibrox club Rangers during the second half pf the 2016-17 season, will feature for Hibernian against Celtic in the Scottish Premiership this weekend.
Back in January 2018, The Sun reported that Rangers want to bring the midfielder back on loan to Ibrox from Bournemouth.
Celtic manager Rodgers has praised Hyndman and knows the threat he poses to his team at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon.
Rodgers told The Scottish Sun: “Neil lost John McGinn and Dylan McGeouch but he brought in Stevie Mallan and Emerson Hyndman. They are both good technicians and can make a variety of passes.”

Big game
Hyndman is a very good midfielder and has been playing well for Hibernian since his loan move from Bournemouth in the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old USA international central midfielder – who earns £15,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – will also be looking to do his former loan club Rangers a favour by helping Hibernian pick up all three points against Celtic in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon.
