Celtic-linked Maryan Shved appears to be on the verge of a move.

Celtic have already tied up three signings this month, and their odds of landing a fourth have just received a major boost.
The Bhoys have brought in Oliver Burke, Timothy Weah and Vakoun Issouf Bayo to bolster Brendan Rodgers’ attacking options.
Just days ago, The Scottish Sun reported that Celtic are keen on signing Karpaty Lviv star Maryan Shved, with a £2million asking price believed to be on his head.
Celtic may be interested to know that Shved has missed Karpaty Lviv’s winter training camp, and it’s for transfer reasons.
Karpaty vice-president Oleg Smalyichuk has told Tribuna that Shved is in talks with another club, so he was left out of the squad in order to try and finalise that move.
Defender Orest Lebedenko has also been left out, meaning that Karpaty are preparing to lose both players in the coming days in a major blow to the Ukrainian side.

Celtic may well be the club negotiating for Shved, as it’s interesting that the rumours about a move to Parkhead materialised just days before he opened talks above a move.
Shved is a right winger with one Ukrainian cap to his name, and he has been in blistering form this season with eight goals and three assists in just 17 games, and he could be a hugely exciting signing for Celtic, even if his last trip outside of Ukraine – a move to Sevilla – didn’t go well.
Time will tell whether Celtic are the club negotiating with Shved, but if they aren’t, then it seems that they will have missed their chance to sign the youngster.
