The Celtic legend believes that his old side are set to make a new signing.

Chris Sutton has revealed that Celtic are on the cusp of signing Birger Meling.
According to The Scottish Sun, Meling is a ‘serious option’ to replace left-back Kieran Tierney at Parkhead following his £25 million switch to Arsenal.
Celtic have already signed Boli Bolingoli for £3 million [The Scottish Sun], but it looks like Hoops boss Neil Lennon wants more reinforcements for that role.
And speaking to BT Sport on Friday night, Bhoys legend Sutton claims to know that a move for the 24-year-old Norwegian is close to materialising.
He said: “Celtic have the better squad. I think Celtic are going to make a signing. Just going to give you a bit of news, I think Celtic are going to sign the Rosenborg left-back. Meling. We’re nearly there.”
If and when Lennon gets it over the line, Meling will be Celtic’s fifth first-team signing of the window, following Christopher Jullien, Luca Connell, Bolingoli and Hatem Abd Elhamed to Glasgow.
It doesn’t exactly speak volumes for Bolingoli.
The Belgian full-back has endured a torrid first month as a Celtic player, and Lennon preferred to play a midfielder – Callum McGregor – in his position earlier in the week as the Bhoys were dumped out of the Champions League by Cluj.
At £3 million, Bolingoli is a major investment by the Scots, but perhaps the addition of Meling will give him a kick up the backside.
