John McGinn and Kieran Tierney both grew up supporting Celtic – and have both shared their love for Bhoys legend Henrik Larsson.
BT Sport have released a video this weekend showing a host of Premier League players naming their footballing idols.
The likes of Virgil van Dijk, Son Heung-min, Phil Foden, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Bruno Fernandes and Kevin De Bruyne all shared their heroes.
The most popular name was former Barcelona and Brazil superstar Ronaldinho, with many falling in love with his tricks and dribbling.
For McGinn and Tierney though, they thought back their early days supporting Celtic.
Both players named Henrik Larsson as their favourite player growing up without even a moment of hesitation.
McGinn admitted that he had Larsson’s name on the back of every single Celtic shirt he owned whilst growing up.
“Growing up a Celtic fan, I think everyone’s answer is the same,” said Tierney as he named Larsson as his favourite player.
Larsson joined Celtic from Feyenoord way back in 1997, costing a paltry fee of just £650,000.

Nobody could have predicted what followed with Larsson smashing a ridiculous 242 goals in 313 games.
Larsson somehow scored 53 goals in 2000-01 season, becoming a Celtic legend before leaving for Barcelona in 2004.
Still a Celtic favourite to this day, Larsson wrote himself into Bhoys folklore with memorable goals – none more so than a stunning chip against Rangers at Parkhead.
It’s clear that Larsson had a huge impact on both Tierney and McGinn, and they will never forget his Celtic heroics – even as their Premier League counterparts go for perceivably bigger and glitzier names.
