Striker Giorgos Giakoumakis could leave Celtic with talks over a new deal to stay at Parkhead allegedly stalling ahead of the January window.
Celtic would probably like to focus in comings in January.
Defender Yuki Kobayashi is already arriving having agreed to sign on a free transfer from Vissel Kobe.
CF Montreal right back Alistair Johnston looks set to arrive too but the excitement of potential arrivals is being offset by fears of exits.
Josip Juranovic could leave to make way for Johnston and there may be a shock exit to come in attack.

Giorgos Giakoumakis could leave Celtic
The Daily Record report that striker Giorgos Giakoumakis is now set for a shock January exit.
It’s stated that Celtic haven’t been able to sort out a new contract for Giakoumakis despite talks being held for some time.
Giakoumakis is allegedly unhappy that a new deal hasn’t been finalised and is now looking to leave Parkhead.
The Greek international has interest from a number of European clubs and Celtic can at least be in a strong position to demand a big fee given that Giakoumakis is under contract until 2026.
The report claims that Giakoumakis dropped his wage demands after joining Celtic from VVV-Venlo but only on the basis that his wages would be bumped up if he excelled in the Scottish Premiership.
19 goals in 34 league games suggests Giakoumakis has done exactly that but he isn’t happy with Celtic’s offer so far.
We can only hope that Celtic and Giakoumakis can come to terms soon because this would be a frustrating loss.
Giakoumakis offers that different style of striker to the electric Kyogo Furuhashi, a stronger and more powerful centre forward for defenders to deal with.
Celtic signing both Kyogo and Giakoumakis last summer has given Ange Postecoglou an ideal balance in his striking options and losing the Greek ace would be a blow.
These rumours come after Fabrizio Romano reported in August that Premier League clubs approached Giakoumakis about a move.
Celtic considered Giakoumakis ‘untouchable’ back then but these contract issues could see him leave the club in 2023.
