Celtic picked up a dramatic win on Wednesday night, beating Hearts 2-1 in the dying embers of the game.

The Bhoys have endured a testing couple of days, as boss Brendan Rodgers has left the club in order to become Leicester City’s new manager.

His sudden exit came as a major shock to many, but Celtic moved quickly to land a replacement, handing former boss Neil Lennon the job until the end of the season.

Lennon took charge of Wednesday’s trip to Hearts, and it was all going well as James Forrest gave Celtic the lead before Jamie Brandon was sent off for the hosts.

Hearts hauled themselves level from the penalty spot through Oliver Bozanic, and it looked like Lennon would only claim a point on his return to Edinburgh.

However, there was a late twist in the tale as Odsonne Edouard scored a last-gasp winner for Celtic, keeping them eight points clear at the top of the table.

Fans have been taking to Twitter to react to the win, and really weren’t impressed with the performance of right back Jeremy Toljan – a player signed by Rodgers on loan from Borussia Dortmund in January.

Bhoys supporters have urged Lennon to start Mikael Lustig at right back instead moving forward, despite the Swede being out of contract this summer, with some surprised they’re saying that veteran Lustig would be a better option at this stage having been excited when Toljan arrived.
