Tottenham’s Michel Vorm
Celtic fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to discuss the possibility of the club signing Michel Vorm from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
Vorm has been on the books of Tottenham since the summer of 2014 when he joined from Premier League rivals Swansea City.
The 32-year-old goalkeeper is the second choice between the posts behind France international Hugo Lloris at White Hart Lane.
With Lloris going strong, the Netherlands international will have to play second fiddle to his teammate this coming season.
Celtic’s Craig Gordon
Craig Gordon is the first-choice goalkeeper at Celtic and is a very good player, but the Scotland international has made mistakes from time to time.
The 33-year-old is still an important player for the Bhoys, but it seems that Celtic fans are open to the idea of the Scottish Premiership giants signing Vorm from Spurs in the summer transfer window.
Vorm has worked with current Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers at Welsh outfit Swansea.
Back in May 2014, The Mirror claimed that Rodgers wanted to sign the Dutchman when he was in charge of Premier League club Liverpool.
